The Nordic-Baltic Mobility and Network Programme for Business and Industry is established for the period 2009-2013 to promote and strengthen economic cooperation, entrepreneurship and innovation development in the NB8 countries: Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden. The programme is financed by the Nordic Council of Ministers and the governments of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania.
